With experience in artificial turf industry, we also supply yarn and backing cloth for artificial grass production. We provide monofilament and fibrillated PE yarn,backing cloth for artificial grass manufacturing.

Monofilament Yarn –The individual filaments are wound and twisted together to produce the final yarn, comprising 4, 6 or 8 filaments.
Fibrillated Yarn – Molten film is slit, precisely drawn and then fibrillated to give the characteristic honeycomb effect inherent to the yarn. This fibrillation ensures the rubber and sand infill is more likely to stay in situ, adding stability and comfort to the synthetic turf and ensuring optimal tuft lock.
Backing Cloth – Peefect backing cloth for artificial turf carpets.
